When you let GDI host your website, you get free domain name registration and free website design software. (GDI is the exclusive world-wide registrar for the .WS domain names.) You get 100 megabytes of space. That means you can have dozens of very long pages in your website.

To create and publish a web page:
Have this available: GDI username and password and Your picture file in .jpg, .gif, or .png format.
From the left-hand menu, click “build your website”.
To the right of your domain name, under “DNS settings”, click on Sitebuilder.
You will come to a page called WS Sitebuilder 4.01.
Click on the Gallery tab.
Click the Upload File icon.
When the popup screen appears, click on the Browse button.
Choose a picture & click on upload.
That will get the picture into your folder for when you need it.
Click on the pages tab.
Click on “create page”.
On the left you will see a page creating menu.
If you want a picture on the page, click on the place on the page in which you wish to place the picture.
Then you click on the landscape-looking icon to the left of the smiley face in the page editing menu.
When you double click on the appropriate picture, it will show up on your page.
If you want text on the page, click the text icon and then click the area of the page where you want the text to show up. If you want html code instead of regular text, click the source tab.
When you are finished entering your text, click OK > go back > OK.
If you want the page to show up on the Internet, click the visible icon. That icon has to be green in order for people to be able so see the page.
Click “publish all”.
To edit text that is already on a page, let's start on the Sitebuilder 4.01 page.
Click on the appropriate icon in the edit column.
You will notice the text box in the page you want to work with.
The tab at the top with the white left & right arrow is for dragging the text box around the page.
You have to wait a few seconds and then you double click on the page. If you double click too soon, you will get a tiny text box. Click on the cancel button and start over again.
The best way to learn web page creation is to go into your editing box and just experiment over and over with all of the icons. Create a page that you never want to publish. You just want to get a real feel for what those icons are all about.
